HypnoBirthing® techniques are taught in a classroom setting with other expectant families. You and your partner will learn through presentations, and hands-on practice how to achieve and maintain a relaxed state of hypnosis. 

All classes whether private or group are taught in series of 2.5 hour classes once a week for  5 weeks. The HypnoBirthing® Institute  and I, feel this is the most effective way of learning these new skills and techniques. This allows you and your partner time to practice each week gaining confidence and having no concerns of feeling overwhelmed. It also gives your mind and body time to absorb all of the new HypnoBirthing® techniques each week. Thus allowing you to focus with confidence on achieving a natural, calm and gentle birth.
You will also have the support and expertise of Tracy Martin your HypnoBirthing® practitioner and Clinical certified Hypnotherapist.

Private Classes:

For those who would prefer to meet privately, a series of classes can be arranged. Like the group classes, you will learn the same techniques to help you achieve a positive birthing experience.
Private classes offer a bit more flexibility on dates and times,and this would need to be arranged between you and your practitioner.

Out of town parents:

If you are an out of town parent and are interested in taking HypnoBirthing®, please contact Tracy Martin directly  to discuss other options that may be available to clients outside of the Edmonton area.

Cost:

Group classes $345.00, plus GST

Private classes $425.00, plus GST
With your registration you and your partner receive a copy of the Mongan Method Book, Rainbow Relaxation CD, class handouts and the support and expertise of your HypnoBirthing® practitioner and Clinical certified Hypnotherapist Tracy Martin.

Cancellation policy:

Any cancellation less than two weeks before registered course start date will have a $50.00 administration fee charged prior to refund.Full payment is expected no later than first day of class and once the classes have started there will be no refund if the client does not attend or cancels any future classes.
